The 2025 Season of the Osesp begins solemnly with Crucifixus by Antonio Lotti. Following that, the audience is introduced to South African soprano Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha, who performs The Four Last Songs by Richard Strauss. The program ends in a state of jubilation with Gustav Mahler's Symphony nº 5.

This is a program dedicated to 20th-century American composers, featuring works by Leonard Bernstein, George Gershwin, and Revolve, by contemporary composer Andrew Norman, written especially for the Osesp.

The soloist Sonia Rubinsky performs Villa-Lobos' Piano Concerto nº 5, commissioned by pianist Felicja Blumental, who premiered the work with the London Philharmonic in 1955. The program also includes works by Esteban Benzecry, Elodie Bouny, and Rachmaninoff.

The young Finnish conductor Emilia Hoving won the 2021 Revelation in the Arts award from the critics in her home country, and since then has been making a name for herself on the international scene. In her Brazilian debut, she conducts the Latin American premiere of a commission from the Osesp for Unsuk Chin, and performs Carl Nielsen's Symphony nº 5 and R. Strauss' Don Quixote.
