  • Gross monthly salary of R$ 26,896.10 (twenty-six thousand, eight hundred and ninety-six Brazilian reais and ten cents), including a monthly allowance of R$ 1,222.55 (one thousand, two hundred and twenty-two Brazilian reais and fifty-five cents), and compensation for the exploitation of neighboring and image rights in the amount of R$ 1,222.55 (one thousand, two hundred and twenty-two Brazilian reais and fifty-five cents).

    The email must contain the following documents:

    The video must be submitted via an open link from YouTube, Dropbox, or another similar method that allows access and viewing of the video.

    The list of approved candidates on the First Phase will be published on August 18th, 2025, at this website page.

  • An audition will be held before the Osesp Examining Board, composed of the Music and Artistic Director, the Concertmaster, the Timpani section leader, and one percussionist. This phase may be eliminatory or qualifying, at the discretion of the Board. The audition will take place at Complexo Cultural Júlio Prestes – Sala São Paulo (Praça Júlio Prestes, 16, São Paulo - SP), with specific times to be communicated individually after the first phase is completed.

    Candidates are responsible for all costs related to their participation, including travel, accommodation, and other expenses.

    A pianist will be available for accompaniment during the audition. Candidates may also choose to bring their own pianist.

  • If required by Music Director Thierry Fischer, selected candidates may be invited to participate in Osesp’s regular activities, including rehearsals and performances, in programs conducted by Mr. Fischer, for a period of one to two weeks. Specific dates will be determined later. Candidates will be compensated for this period.

  • • The selected candidate will be subject to a probationary period of up to two years with the São Paulo Symphony Orchestra.

    • Osesp Foundation will provide the selected candidate with all necessary information regarding the terms of employment, legal requirements, and documentation for the hiring of Brazilian or
    foreign musicians.

    • All communication between Osesp Foundation and the candidates will be conducted and documented via email.
